Where clinical psychology meets technology to transform chronic pain treatment

Laboratorio del Dolor was born from a shared conviction: chronic pain deserves more than a pill. Thousands of patients in Colombia live trapped in medication cycles that don't improve their quality of life. We decided to build a science-based alternative.

Jessica Cantillo

General Manager · Clinical Psychologist · Creator of the Zero Pain Method

Jessica is a clinical psychologist specializing in chronic pain treatment. After years of watching pain dismantle her patients' identities, she created the Zero Pain Method: a protocol integrating physiotherapy, medicine, and pain psychology to attack pain at its physical and emotional roots.

She leads the clinical team and serves as the primary therapist for the pain psychology sessions that make our method unique.

José Felipe Bello

Technology & Strategy Director · Bilingual Coordinator for International Patients

José Felipe is an AI and technology expert who co-created the Zero Pain Method and developed the APP Cero Dolor for patient monitoring. He is fluent in English and personally coordinates the experience for all international patients.

He is also the founder of Bello GEO, the first Generative Engine Optimization agency in Latin America.

Our Location

We're located inside Clínica Sharón, a modern clinical facility in the Las Margaritas neighborhood of Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia. Ibagué is known as the "Musical Capital of Colombia" and offers a pleasant climate, affordable living, and easy access from Bogotá (30-minute flight or 3.5-hour drive).

Why We Do This

Every patient who walks through our door has a story of frustration: years of medications, multiple specialists, diminishing quality of life. Our mission is to give each patient the physical and emotional tools to live a full life, free from pharmaceutical dependency. We believe pain is a complex signal that requires a multidisciplinary response — not another pill.
